Does the maintenance plan include continuous monitoring?
No. The plan includes two scheduled system reviews each year. It does not include continuous monitoring, real-time alert response, or ongoing monitoring between scheduled visits.
Are repairs included in the maintenance plan?
Repair labor, replacement parts, and additional services are not included in the plan price. Maintenance-plan customers receive a 10% discount on approved repair labor.
Does the plan include roof access or panel cleaning?
No. Roof access and panel cleaning are not included as standard maintenance-plan services. If either service is recommended, Atlas Energy will explain the scope and provide separate pricing.
Can I join if Atlas Energy did not install my system?
Yes. The plan is available for many existing residential solar systems, including systems installed by other companies. Eligibility may depend on the system type, equipment condition, and available system information.
What happens if you find a problem during a maintenance visit?
Atlas Energy will document the concern, explain the recommended next steps, and provide separate pricing for any repair or additional service. No additional work will be completed without the customer’s approval.
How does the monthly option work?
The monthly option is $45 per month with a 12-month agreement and includes the same plan benefits as the $500 annual option.
