$100 reservation payment when you schedule your appointment. $200 due after the diagnostic visit.

Do you work on systems you did not install?
Yes. Atlas Energy specializes in evaluating and servicing existing residential solar systems, including systems installed by other companies.
Do you need roof access?
Roof access is not included as a standard part of the diagnostic visit. Many issues can be evaluated using the system’s monitoring information and accessible equipment. If roof access or additional testing is needed, Atlas Energy will explain the next steps and any additional cost before proceeding.
Can you repair the problem during the diagnostic visit?
The diagnostic visit is the first step toward getting your system repaired. Based on the diagnostic findings, Atlas Energy will explain the recommended repair and provide pricing for your approval. Depending on the repair, required parts, and available time, the work may be completed during the same appointment, but is typically scheduled for a follow-up visit.
What if I do not know my equipment brand?
That is common. Photos of the equipment, monitoring-app access, installation documents, utility bills, and visible equipment labels can help Atlas Energy evaluate your system. We will let you know what information is helpful before the appointment.
What happens after the diagnostic?
You will receive a clear summary of what was evaluated, the findings from the visit, and the recommended next steps. If repairs, additional testing, maintenance, or upgrades are recommended, those services will be discussed and quoted separately.
What if the problem cannot be fully identified during the first visit?
Some solar issues require additional testing, manufacturer support, roof access, replacement equipment, or a follow-up visit. If the cause cannot be fully confirmed during the initial diagnostic, Atlas Energy will explain what was evaluated, what was found, and the recommended next steps.
